While tracking cheetahs in Kenya’s Masai Mara, I made this image of a male in his prime scanning the horizon from a magnificent fig tree. The excitement of the moment was tempered by my knowledge of how rare cheetahs actually are and how few places are left that can support a viable population of these extraordinary cats.

In keeping with our concerns about the environment, we carefully considered the type of wood for our mouldings. Over 90% of our exhibition frame mouldings produced from the hardwood Triplochiton Scleroxylon commonly known as African Maple or Ayous.

This wood species from the Sterculiaceae family is manufactured into moulding in Italy and is our choice since it stable, and most importantly is not listed in the CITES Appendices, and is reported by the IUCN as being a species of least concern. PEFCTM (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes) and FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council®)

AR70 Glazing

The best glass option for reflection-free and neutral viewing. Also incorporating a 70% UV filter to protect valuable artwork from fading over time.
